Tonbridge Music Club (TMC) is poised to deliver an inspiring and richly varied concert season throughout 2025 and 2026. Venue Details & Audience Experience
TMC hosts events at two primary venues in and around Tonbridge, each offering its own unique charm and logistical considerations:
Parish Church of St Peter & St Paul (Church Lane, Tonbridge, TN9 1DA)
- Concerts take place in the nave, with artists on a slightly raised dais (~30 cm high) near the chancel. Seating is in pews, with additional chairs in the side aisles.
- Sightlines may be limited; TMC suggests bringing a cushion and arriving early to secure a good view—especially important if attending with children.
- There is no direct vehicle access. Blue Badge holders should contact tmc@tmc.org.uk in advance.
- Nearest parking: Kinnings Row (TN9 1NP, ~3 min walk, very limited spaces), Upper Castle Field and Castle Grounds (both TN9 1BH, ~5 min walk)
Music Suite, Somerhill School (Tonbridge, TN11 0NJ)
- Concerts are held in the dedicated Music Suite. Parking is available atop the school drive, with disabled access just outside the venue tmc.org.uk.
