The Tonbridge community has a reason to celebrate as the popular TJ’s Beer Festival returns to the Tonbridge Juddians Rugby Club at The Slade this February. Organisers have confirmed the festival will take place on Friday, 6th February and Saturday, 7th February 2026.

This year’s event promises an impressive selection to titillate the taste buds, featuring 20+ delicious cask ales alongside a curated range of ciders and perries. For those who prefer other refreshments, the clubhouse bar will also be open throughout the festivities.

Six Nations Action on the Big Screen

Beyond the beverages, the festival is a prime spot for rugby fans. The club will be showing the Six Nations Rugby on its big-screen TVs.

While the festival kicks off on Friday evening, the Saturday schedule aligns perfectly with a massive day of international rugby. Fans can enjoy the local atmosphere while watching Italy v Scotland (14:10) followed by the highly anticipated clash between England and Wales (16:40).

Event Details and Admission

The festival offers free admission both days, making it an accessible event for the whole of Tonbridge.

  • Friday, 6th February: 5:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Saturday, 7th February: 12:00pm until 11:00pm (or until the beer runs out!)

Attendees are encouraged to follow the TJsBeerFest Facebook page for updates on the specific beer selection as the event approaches. Whether you are a real ale aficionado or just looking for a lively place to watch the match, the Tonbridge Juddians Clubhouse at The Slade (TN9 1HR) is the place to be this February.
