Walk Tonbridge Festival: Walking with Words
Spend your Saturday afternoon from 1:45 PM to 4:30 PM on a beautiful poetry-themed stroll. Hosted by Walk Tonbridge and Roundel Poetry Tonbridge, walk leader James Pavlou will guide you along a 2.6-mile (4.1 km) route starting from The Bell Inn in nearby Golden Green. The centrepiece of the Walk Tonbridge Festival sets off bright and early at 6:30 AM from Tonbridge Baptist Church. Supported by CooperBurnett Solicitors, this 26.2-mile scenic walk takes walkers through local countryside, parks, and villages after a complimentary hot breakfast, raising vital funds for Sustain food bank. Walk Tonbridge Festival: The Mini Marathon
Running from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM starting at Tonbridge Old Fire Station, this family-friendly walk offers a choice between a 5-mile countryside loop or a 3.6-mile accessible route through Haysden Country Park.
