Tonbridge’s much-loved annual fireworks display is set to return to the Racecourse Sports Ground at Tonbridge Park on Sunday 1 November 2026, promising an evening of spectacular entertainment, family fun and fundraising for local charities.

Organised by Tonbridge Round Table with the support of local volunteer organisations, this year’s event is taking on a special Halloween theme. Described as a “spooktacular” fireworks display, the evening will feature dazzling pyrotechnics, eerie effects and thrilling music, with the spectacular show fully choreographed by Phoenix Fireworks.

Gates open at 5pm, giving visitors plenty of time to arrive, enjoy the atmosphere and make the most of the event before the main display begins at 6.30pm. There will be food and drink concessions, licensed bars, music and LED toys, alongside family facilities including first aid, toilets, a lost persons tent and an accessible viewing area.

Tickets are available in advance, with adults (over 16) priced at £11 and children aged 5–15 at £7, while under-fives can attend free when accompanied by a paying adult. Essential companion tickets are also available free to qualifying visitors and must be arranged in advance.

Visitors are encouraged to have tickets ready for scanning at one of three designated entrances: New Wharf Road, Avebury Avenue bridge or the Lower Castle Field car park bridge. Surrounding public car parks are available, although organisers are asking visitors not to park on surrounding roads to avoid obstructing residents and emergency vehicles.

The event is about much more than fireworks, however. The Annual Tonbridge Fireworks Display has been running since 2012, with its proceeds helping local charities, community clubs and local projects. A fantastic £20,000 was donated from the 2025 display, highlighting the important contribution the event makes to the local community.

This year’s supported charities include Sustain, Lighthouse, 150MND.com and FEAST, with the organisers once again hoping to raise significant funds while bringing the community together for a memorable night.

With its combination of family entertainment, music, food and a spectacular Halloween-themed fireworks show, the Tonbridge Fireworks Display is set to be one of the town’s highlights of the autumn.
