1/ Barracudas Activity Camp

What’s on offer: A firm favourite among local families, Barracudas packs every day with variety. With over 80 activities—think swimming, drama, arts & crafts, archery, and motorsports—kids will never be bored.

2/ Play ‘n Grow Childcare Holiday Clubs

What’s on offer: With two Tonbridge locations, Play ‘n Grow offers a caring, play-based environment with a mix of creative activities, games, and workshops. Occasional outings and themed days add to the fun.
Age range:

• Angel Centre: 4 – 11 years (primary school children)
• Bishop Chavasse: 2 – 11 years (perfect for siblings)

What’s on offer: There are two options – summer day passes, or summer short day passes (finishing at 15:00), operating from Mon 27th Jul – Fri 21st Aug.
Age range: 4-13

4/ Recre8 Tonbridge (Tonbridge School)

What’s on offer: Held at Tonbridge School, Recre8 runs exciting and high-quality holiday courses covering sports, arts, and academics—from swimming and climbing to drama, art, and 11+ revision. There are some really unique activities with Recre8 – like jewellery making and pottery for crafty kids, or trampolining for the more high energy youngsters.
Age range: Varies by course

Good to know: Courses run during summer. Look out for early bird discounts. You can book kids in to stay until 17:30 for an extra £20 a week.

5/ First Class Football

What’s on offer: A great choice for football-mad kids, these fun and inclusive camps focus on developing skills and confidence. Ideal for beginners and those seeking extra training.
Age range: Typically primary school-aged (check with provider)
Location: Various venues in Tunbridge Wells (unfortunately not in Tonbridge).

6/ tmactive Holiday Activities

What’s on offer: Run by local leisure provider tmactive, these sessions include intensive swimming courses, gymnastics, trampolining, and multi-sports. SEN-specific sessions are also available. The main holiday club is in Larkfield Leisure Centre, but there’s a swimming course offered at Tonbridge pool and Excel Fitness in the gym for older kids (11-16).

7/ Paddle Boarding Kids Clubs

What’s on offer: A fantastic way to enjoy Tonbridge’s River Medway! We are lucky enough in Tonbridge to have two different businesses offering summer kid’s clubs. Kids can get out on the water with experienced coaches, have fun, and learn a new skill.
Age range: 8+ years
Location: River Medway, Tonbridge

For the Creative & Performing Stars

8/ Stagecoach

What’s on offer: Stagecoach offer term time creative arts and performing classes and additionally during summer off a week long activity camp for drama enthusiasts. This year, the workshops will be held in Sevenoaks and not Tonbridge from the 10th to 14th August – kids can join in on a production of Shrek JR.
